An advice service that assists clients with a variety of queries including Energy, Consumer, Debt and Benefits (in work and welfare). We work remotely but also have outreach locations across the county and provide home visits with some of our projects.
We operate 5 days per week and you can reach us: - by text, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and email at any time - by phone on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 1pm - in person at our weekly in-person advice sessions, from 10am until 3pm, on Mondays in Lampeter (Emmaus Church, SA48 7AB) and Wednesdays in Aberystwyth (St Pauls Methodist Centre SY23 2NN) and Cardigan (St Marys Old School Hall SA43 1DW) - in writing to CAB Ceredigion, PO Box 76, LAMPETER SA48 9BY
