Support group for those in Pembrokeshire ages 18-45 living with a chronic health condition.
Throughout the year we also offer days out to our members - such as cinema visits and spa sessions.
The support group is held on the 1st Friday of the month 10.00am -12.00, and the 3rd Friday 6.00-8.00pm.↵↵Please contact us by email before attending the group.
