Community Navigator

There are five British Red Cross Community Navigators working across the county of Denbighshire supporting the wellbeing of the people who live there.

We do this by:

· Signposting / Referring - to third sector help that you can access.

· Connecting people to what is in their community.

· Giving information to citizens - to help you take steps to improved health and wellbeing.

· Meet / Accompany citizens at social events or groups - for a short period of time to help with confidence building.

We take self-referrals, family referrals or referrals from professionals whichever is most comfortable for the person who is need of our support.
