Cartrefi Cymru is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people in Wales to lead fulfilled lives, at home and in the community. We offer a wide range of services, from half an hour of home care to round-the-clock intensive support.
We mainly support people with disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and older people, and provide breaks and support for carers but we are flexible in response to local needs.
The services we provide are often officially referred to as:
