Cardiff Mind Counselling Service

The service provides a Counselling Service for People experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

Our free service has around a six month waiting list.

For those who do not wish to wait for the free service we also have a paid service that has a waiting list of a week or two.

We can also provide counselling for couples.
