Blodau Ystradgynlais is a community run group of volunteers that look after many of the Town's green spaces. They organise and care for a variety of garden beds and green projects around the town, aiming to keep Ystradgynlais looking beautiful and to encourage visitors to the area. Blodau supports community events and festivals in Ystradgynlais and has achieved Wales in Bloom Gold Awards. Blodau's Knitting Nanas add additional delight to the streets with their creative themed decorations. Blodau is always looking for new members. If you would like to help/ find out more about Blodau Ystradgynlais, come along to our monthly meeting, which is held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month - 9.45 a.m. at The Welfare Hall, Brecon Road, Ystradgynlais.
