This is a peer support group for those with a diagnosis of Bipolar, their friends and family.
We meet on the 4th Monday of each month between 7pm and 9pm. These are drop in sessions.
If you are visiting for the first time, we car arrange for you to meet the group facilitator before the session starts to make you feel more comfortable. We will also provide you with a welcome pack with details of the services we offer.
