We're the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with bipolar conditions and related mental health conditions. Our mission is to empower everyone affected by bipolar to live well and fulfil their potential. We provide a range of peer support services for people living with a bipolar condition and their friends and family. Our services bring people affected by bipolar together to empower them to live well, sharing information, self-care advice and providing emotional and practical support. Our services include:
