Age Cymru Dyfed 70+ Bereavement Service

Age Cymru Dyfed/Powys is a free, inclusive and accessible older persons bereavement service within Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Powys area. With compassionate and tailed support so you don't have to face bereavement alone. We offer early bereavement assistance and emotional and practical support to those aged 70 years and over. Information and advice on bereavement and grief; Advice on funeral grants and benefit entitlements; and help identifying what matters to you and your personal wellbeing goals. We can make referrals at your request to grief counselling, mental health services, practical services and peer support groups.
