Sports Connect is a Dementia friendly sports programme run by Age Connects Torfaen. We offer Dementia Friendly Golf sessions, Bootcamps and Gym sessions throughout the local area and in house. These sessions allow people living with Dementia to Connect with past sporting interests or learn new skills in a safe, supportive environment.
