BYW group activities is a FREE referral only service designed for Wrexham residents aged 18+ who are ready to move forward following a period of poor mental health.
Improve your physical and mental wellbeing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings in our friendly walking group.
Participants are welcome to bring their own refreshments to the fortnightly sessions.
