Located at facilities across South East Wales, V21 supports life changing opportunities for people with learning disabilities to realise their potential through 18 projects: catering, growing, creating, learning, making and retail initiatives. Many of these projects are social enterprises that provide training for people with learning disabilities and volunteering opportunities for others.
