Tots 2 Teens is a specialist Holiday Play Scheme for young people aged 5-18 who have Additional Learning Needs and/or disabilities, this provision is based at Portfield School in Haverfordwest. All of our staff at Tots 2 Teens are highly experienced to support the young people and have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the wide variety of needs the children and young people have.
