Making homelessness for young people ‘rare, brief and non-recurring’,
and to combat isolation and loneliness.
Team Around the Tenancy (TAtT) is an innovative service funded by Welsh Government and The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver a service across North Wales for care experienced young people who are experiencing difficulties with their home and / or don't have a home (homeless).
TAtT will help young people increase the skills, knowledge and support networks that they need to stay in their home and / or secure a home both now and in the future. In particular, the service will target young
people aged between 16 and 25 years old who:
• Are in their new home • Have lost their home
• Are on the brink of losing their home • Do not have a place to call home

Service co-ordination and key-working
Housing Advocacy
Mentoring with the aim of integrating young people into local services and activities
Counselling
Restorative Approaches Family Group Meetings involving family, friends and professionals to talk, plan and make decisions
Conflict resolution with landlords or neighbours
Other interventions as identified by the young person
