Intensive Personalised Employment Support (IPES) is a voluntary programme commissioned by DWP aimed specifically at disabled people with complex barriers to employment which means they are not immediately suitable for larger-scale employment programmes, either DWP or non-DWP, national or local provision and/or programmes.
IPES focuses on supporting people with disabilities and complex barriers
to achieve employment aspirations, providing consistent contact and intensive support throughout the Participant journey which comprises three main areas: Introduction, Support into Employment and Sustained In-Work Support (IWS).
