Regenerate is a Big Lottery funded project working with 16-25 year olds in the Swansea area. They work with young people who have mental health issues and low self esteem, helping them to get into a routine, building their confidence and encouraging them to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, helping to get them ready for work.
