The service includes advice and support on:
• housing following termination of Home Office accommodation support,
• tenancy support and preventing homelessness
• ensuring that people have the correct documentation to facilitate the transition from asylum to refugee
• refugees’ rights and entitlements,
• access to employment, health and education
• families getting their children into school, and
• family reunion.
