The Out of Work Peer Mentoring service offers one-to-one support as you find your way back into work, delivered by peer mentors who understand the challenges you’re facing. They can work with you to find the volunteering, training or employment opportunities you need.
We’ll talk with you about your goals, and work with you on a plan to achieve them. We’ll meet you in your community and provide information, advice and guidance in confidence to support you on your way back into work.
This service is available to those living in Rhondda Cynon Taff & Merthyr Tydfil/Cardiff & Vale of Glamorgan
