Online CBT Service (SilverCloud)

NHS Wales provides people in Wales with free access to SilverCloud® online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) programmes, which are designed to help people manage their mental health and wellbeing.

Get help with anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, sleep, alcohol, money worries, health anxiety, body image and more. There's support for adults, students and young people, as well as help for parents and caregivers supporting children and teens with anxiety.

People aged 16 and above can sign up without a GP referral and access a programme from any online device anywhere, anytime. Users choose one online mental health / wellbeing programme to complete at their own pace over 12 weeks. All programmes feature activities and interactive tools to help users develop skills to manage their psychological wellbeing with more confidence.

We also have referral pathways in place for young people and adults through departments in all of Wales’ seven health boards, including perinatal care, child and adolescent mental health (CAMHS), primary care and child psychology. If you’re already receiving care, ask your practitioner about a SilverCloud referral.

SilverCloud® is available in all regions of Wales: The online CBT service is run and managed by Powys Teaching Health Board on behalf of NHS Wales.
