The U3A in Narberth started in September 2007. We now have well over 100 members, and about 20 groups, covering such activities as languages, exercise, music, science and art. If you want to know more about the U3A ethos, click on the U3A tab.
Our monthly meetings are held at Bloomfield House, where Narberth's sports and learning facilities are located, and which has ample free parking. Some of the group meetings are held in nearby Williams Court (a residential complex within easy walking distance of Bloomfield House). Other activities are held outdoors or in members' homes, depending on the size and nature of the groups.
We offer a range of interest groups and activities for those who are retired, semi retired or who no longer work full time.↵↵↵↵Groups include the following; ↵↵Art Appreciation, Book Groups, Bridge, Canasta, Cribbage, Film Club, French Conversation, Gardening, History, Italian Conversation, Jazz study group, Line Dancing, Lunch Club, Mah Jong, Music Appreciation, Natural History and Science, Occasional Groups, Outings Group, Poetry, Tai Chi, Walking.↵↵↵↵↵↵Please see the website link for full details of membership and activity meeting times.
