Morlan is a centre that aims to promote community life - culturally and spiritually, locally and further afield. It was established in April 2005 to create a bridge between the church and the local community and has developed into an important centre in the area.

But Morlan is so much more than just a building ...

... it's a meeting-place - to create and discuss, to listen and learn, to promote and encourage, to understand one another, to share and contribute - a common ground between the church and all who live in our multicultural society.

And Morlan has its own programme of activities and events that it organises and hosts throughout the year - art exhibitions, plays, concerts, literary evenings, social events and debates together with annual events such as a Book Festival, Walking Tour, Plygain and Annual Lecture. For young people we have a youth club - Clwb Clex - that meets every week during term time from September to the end of May.

The events touch upon a wide range of topics - social, political, religious and cultural, and some mark particular days such as Holocaust Memorial Day and One World Week.
