Mind (North East Wales)

We're a friendly local mental health charity providing information, advice, counselling, support and activities for people struggling with mental or emotional health problems. We're part of the Mind network: the largest charitable provider of mental health services in Wales.

We have Wellbeing Centres in Mold, Flint and Caia Park, Wrexham and pop-up services in Shotton and Plas Madoc. If you prefer we're also delivering services online and over the phone, including counselling and talking therapies, drop-in sessions, yoga and a reading group.
