Mind Counselling Service (NE Wales)

North East Wales Mind's Counselling Service is a friendly and flexible counselling service for adults. If you're going through a personal crisis, experiencing loss, stressed at work or worried by tensions or conflicts in the family we can help. Whatever it is, we understand that sometimes people just need someone to be there for them. Our therapists are trained to listen, understand and help you work through your problems in a safe and confidential way. We offer an several approaches including Person Centred Therapy, CBT
Counselling sessions are held over the phone, online or in our comfortable Wellbeing Centre in Mold. They are usually weekly or fortnightly, lasting 30 minutes or an hour.
We have a team of therapists with a range of expertise so we can match you with the most appropriate person for your needs. Led by experienced counsellor Rhian Stanton, all our therapists are fully qualified and are registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
