Milford Haven Gymnastic Club was formed in 1980 by the Chairman of the Club, Andy Grey. In 2007 the club moved to its own premises at Thornton Industrial Estate, but has recently relocated to the Milford Haven (Meads) Leisure Centre.
The club currently specialise in Pre-School, General Gymnastics and Sports Acrobatics for both boys and girls from the age of 2 years of age up to 18 years.
The Club is affiliated to British Gymnastics and Welsh Gymnastics and is also a GYM MARK Accredited Club.
