Ponthafren's Men's Group is a great place for men of all ages to create, converse and connect.
The Group aims to improve mental health, tackle the stigma surrounding Men's mental health and give men an enjoyable safe space to socialise and take part in activities and groups.
Every Tuesday, 3pm - 4:30pm Ponthafren in Newtown and Welshpool
