Memory Lane Social Club | Dementia Friendly Activities | Cathays Community Centre

We run dementia-friendly activities every Thursday from 2 PM – 4 PM at the Cathays Community Centre, and on the first Tuesday of every month 2 - 4pm. The sessions are for those affected by dementia and their Carers.

Activities include indoor bowls, films, music, dance, bingo etc.

We also hold a Memory Café / Coffee Morning every Wednesday from 10 AM – 12 PM.

The sessions are FREE and help can be arranged for transport. Refreshments are also available.
