Listening Books is a national charity that provides an online audiobook lending service for children and adults in the UK who find that an illness, disability, learning or mental health condition impacts on reading or holding a book.
The audiobook collection has a huge range of brilliant fiction, non-fiction and educational audiobooks suitable for ages 7 upwards, available to stream from the Listening Books website, or to download using the Libby app on a portable device such as a tablet or smart phone.
Members can also access a wide range of online newspapers and magazines via Pressreader.
Membership is subsidised at £20 per year, or is free for those that couldn't afford this cost.
