You will get support to build your skills and connect with other people in your area. You and your support worker will explore what you want to work on and how you can build or maintain your independence. You might ask us to help with:
Understanding your letters and paperwork
Setting goals and planning for the future
Helping you make the most of your money
Being healthier and managing your health
Getting to know new people
Looking after your home
You will design your own support to suit what you need and your skills. Sometimes you might need a little extra support, that’s ok. Your support is flexible. You will be introduced to other KeyRing Members (people we support) who will share their skills and experiences. We want your life to be about more than support hours!
We can work with you wherever you live. Lots of people we support have their own homes – rented or owned. Some people may be living with family. We can help you find a home that is right for you.
