If you; or a member of your family/ someone you care for have been affected by
cancer; we can provide information on support available to address concerns you may have.

You can self refer, be referred by a health professional, friend or family into our service.

We use a specific tool (if required) called a Holistic Needs Assessment (HNA) which helps to identify your main concerns and then we agree a plan to support you with addressing those concerns. E.g., your current or future wellbeing including finances, travel, work, tiredness, anxiety and more…….
