HEADWAY SOUTH POWYS NEURO CAFE is a small group registered under the Headway charity banner who meet in MIND Penybryn, Ystradgynlais, on the first and third wednesday of each month between 2-4pm.
It is a support and social group for anyone and their carers or family, suffering any neurological condition such as stroke, MS, brain injury, brain tumour, parkinsons, etc. There is a mini library of mixed but relevant reading material, leaflets and flyers for different charities of groups.
We meet to share speakers, arrange social activity, have a chat and a cuppa.
We have visited BikeAbility in Swansea for a cycle ride on adaptable bikes, been for a country walk in Craig y Nos Park and afternoon tea, etc.
New members, helpers and trustees always welcome.
