The provision of affordable, accessible transport for people over 60 or disabled, or who cannot access public transport for mobility or other reasons, or for whom no suitable transport is available and who live within a 9-mile radius of Hay-on-Wye. Vehicles available are a minibus and mpv, both wheelchair accessible, and a fleet of private cars which are used mainly for hospital appointments.
