This is an exercise group for those over 50 who would like to keep mobile and a bit fitter. Classes are both standing and seated exercises so suitable for most to have a go.
Fifty Plus exercise class is held weekly on Monday 10.00 - 11.00 and cost £1.00 per session.↵↵The class is a mix of both standing and seated exercise, and is open to anyone over 50 who would like to come along.↵↵For information or further details please contact Norma, the class leader, on the number shown.
