Feel Good for Life provides opportunities for people living with dementia, loneliness, depression and their carers to be active and to socialise.
We have activity sessions in North Cornelly Community Centre and Ogmore Valley Life Centre which include fun games such as; Boccia, Kurling, Table Tennis, Skittles and more! We also have a Swimming Session in Bridgend Life Centre and an Online session, whereby participants can loan iPads free of charge if they do not have access to their own device.
Each session is followed by the chance to socialise and reminisce with the rest of the group over tea, coffee and biscuits.
