Cyfle Support Services is a not-for-profit organisation in Gwynedd supporting young people aged 16–25 who are homeless, at risk, or struggling with independence. We provide a Drop-In for advice, Floating Support in the community, and Supported Housing to build Independent Living Skills.
Our projects include Cam Cynta, a group for young parents in Pwllheli; Pantri Bach, batch cooking to ease financial pressures and teach skills; Cyfle Iach, funding outdoor activities; Start-Up Grants for first tenancies; and Warm Home Grants to keep young people safe and warm.
Rooted in the community, we work with local partners to give young people the stability, skills, and confidence to thrive.
