What Is Cyfle Cymru and how can we help?
Cyfle Cymru is a mentoring service for people from the age of 16 upwards that are not in education, employment or training and have or have had any mental health issues, (starting from mild anxiety upwards) and/or substance use issues, (alcohol, prescription drugs, illicit drugs.) We support individuals with recovery, tools to manage their day to day struggles or barriers, encourage to participate in Personal Development Sessions and depending on where individuals are with regards to what they require from the service, (taking into account potential recovery process, stability and progress) we can offer volunteering, a large variety of courses which vary from personal wellbeing to work related and support in looking for employment through every step if it’s right for the individual.
