Cornelly Development Trust is a community regeneration charity, based in North Cornelly, Bridgend.
We offer support with employment, social enterprise creation, volunteering and work experience opportunities, benefits advice.
We work with local people to improve community facilities and activities, and our volunteers gain valuable experience while benefitting the wider community with the work that they do.
Our office is based in North Cornelly, where we also have a community shop featuring clothing, books, toys, household items and gardening/DIY tools and equipment.
We also operate the Dulux Community Repaint Scheme which saves paint and other decorating products from being wasted and we distribute them to community groups and local people at a much reduced cost.
Printalux is our copy/print shop and we offer printing and photocopying, posters, business cards, fliers, photographs and other printing up to A0.
Our Pantry is a scheme whereby we offer food at low cost or "no cost where applicable" to local residents. This scheme is supported by Cornelly Community Council.
Aside from these we run weekly craft groups on Wednesdays (10am to 12pm)

Cornelly Repair Cafe where you will be encouraged to bring your broken items - clothes, furniture, etc, and we will aim to help you/teach you how to repair them, in a social setting.

Our Job Club returns on Thursdays at 1pm - support with finding jobs, applications, CV writing and interview skills are all available.
During school holidays we offer crafts and other children's activities at low or no cost - see our facebook page for details of these.
In 2023 we hope to have a Wedding hire service up and running for you - from dresses to bouquets, button holes, suits, table decorations, invitations, place cards, etc.. Watch this space and check out our Facebook page and website for details.
