Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) is available to people aged 20+ across Flintshire who are not in employment, education or training.
CfW+ is a voluntary programme, offering help, support, guidance and training in relation to finding employment, through a 1-2-1 service from our team of dedicated mentors.
Our team is in place across Flintshire to provide support, for people of all ages and abilities to engage in employment related qualifications, improving essential skills, confidence and in securing work, or training opportunities.
Mentors can meet you in community venues and libraries that suit you, meaning less travel to find the help that you need.
