City Hospice

We’re a registered charity based in Cardiff. Our hospice provides specialist palliative care to patients in their own homes and support for families.

We offer a range of services for patients including:

• Specialist advice around symptom control
• Advance care planning
• Maximising physical independence through an Occupational Therapy assessment
• Reflexology
• Counselling (for adults and children)
• A welfare benefits advice service
• A free will writing service
• Day center's with a range of activities

We also offer services for families including:

• Bereavement counselling (for adults and children)
• Reflexology
• Carers advice and support
