CHAMPS (Chartist Help 4 All Mental Peer Support)

Provides weekly events:
Every Monday between 6pm - 8pm
We hold a peer support chat group / Arts & Crafts group (alternate Mondays).
Each month we hold a CHAMPS Meet up (the 3rd Saturday of each month) 10.30 - 12.30. A guest speaker is invited to talk to our group.
Both these events take place at the Hall next to Elim Baptist Church in Pontllanfraith NP12 2LB.
Tea/coffee, biscuits and cake available at each of these events.
Each month we may have the following events :
Ten pin bowling
Woodland walks
Excursions
and many others.
We encourage members to help with hosting events and be involved as much as possible.
