Chair Yoga activity group Gwersyllt with Re-engage

Free, monthly activity group in Wrexham for those aged 75 and over who may feel lonely and isolated and would like to meet new people and improve their activity level.

Our Chair Yoga group is delivered by Re-engage volunteers and qualified instructors and lasts for 2 hours. Our group is fun and friendly and has various activities for the first hour, this is followed by a cup of tea, coffee and a chat!

The group will be run by Re-engage volunteers and anyone who joins can be picked up and dropped home afterwards by one of our volunteer drivers, depending on availability.

Our Chair Yoga help keep people active, reduce loneliness and help people connect with others in their community.
