Cardigan Town Rider

The Cardigan Town Rider operates on Monday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's but not bank holidays. Passengers must book their seat on the bus giving at least 48 hours notice.
These are Dial a Ride services which provide transport for those who cannot access normal public transport for whatever reason, for those living in the following areas -Abercych, Cilgerran, Llechryd, Beulah, Llangoedmor, Aberporth, Ferwig, Penparc, Cardigan, St. Dogmaels, Cyppin, Poppit, Rhydlewis, Brongest, Troed Yr Aur, etc.
On Wednesday's we take people to the exercise/balance class organised by the LHB.
Also on Wednesdays we pick up in the Rhydlewis, Brongest area and on alternate weeks take passengers into Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn.
Fridays we pick people up from Beulah, Bryngwyn, Cwm Coy, Rhydlewis, Brongest, etc and take to the Market in Newcastle Emlyn.
We do not visit all the places above on all days of operation - call the office on the number below to see when we are in your area.
The transport is fully accessible and will take you into Cardigan for shopping, visiting friends, appointments at the Cardigan Integrated Health Care Centre, etc.
If you have an All Wales Concessionary travel card then the service is free of charge otherwise a fare applies. All passengers must present their bus pass each time they board the vehicle.
Passengers are required to register with the Green Dragon Community Transport (operators of the service) to give their up to date contact details, emergency contact details and details on specific health/mobility issues.
All passengers must book their seat on the bus by giving at least 48 hours notice that they wish to travel by calling 01239 698 506.
