Cardiff Arms Park Male Choir

The choir was formed in 1966 as the Cardiff Athletic Club Male Voice Choir following a chance remark on the standard of after-match singing in the clubhouse. A group of dedicated supporters got together on a Monday evening to take the lead in improving the singing in the clubhouse. It was not long before the number of choristers increased and the reputation of the choir started to grow, bringing requests for performances for local groups and charities. In the year 2000, the choir changed the name to become the Cardiff Arms Park Male Choir.
The choir has appeared on BBC, Sky Sports, ITV, Channel 4, New Zealand and Australian TV, including a live performance on BBC1 ́s Grandstand. We have performed with personalities such as Charlotte Church, Hayley Westenra, Max Boyce, Peter Karrie, Ant & Dec and Goldie Lookin' Chain. In 2016 the choir sang at the Millennium Stadium prior to the Wales v France rugby international and then in 2023 for the Wales v Barbarians game.
