Buddhist Meditation Centre

The Buddhist Meditation Centre (Palpung Changchub Dargyeling) offers meditation classes, courses and retreats as well as teachings on Buddhist philosophy and a way of life. It also holds various community events and offers volunteering opportunities. The centre is open to everyone regardless of their religion. The vision of the Meditation Centre is to preserve the unbroken lineage of Buddha's teachings, to serve the whole of humanity and every sentient being, bringing harmony and peace in this world.
