Area 43 is based in Mid & West Wales, delivering youth-led services across the UK. We empower and amplify youth voice, advocating young people's rights to access local, high-quality counselling and support.
• a relaxed meeting place designed by young people, for young people, that is safe, friendly, inclusive and tolerant;
• a place for all young people from all social and cultural backgrounds to interact socially with their peers in a safe and supportive environment free of drugs and alcohol;
• a location for relaxation, recreation and entertainment, and, where appropriate, as a site for information, which could refer to services or even direct care/service provision;
• a place where young people can develop good relationships with peers and adults.
• an informal, educational place for young people to learn life skills and improve their employment opportunities.

Depot, Youth Café in Cardigan, is open from 1pm – 7pm (Wednesday - Friday) 11:30am - 7pm (Saturday) in Cardigan for 14 – 25 year olds. (11-13 year olds on Saturday 11:30-1:30)
