Age Well Centres

The current operational status of the Age Well Centres in terms of re-opening following the relaxation of Covid-19 rules, will vary from one Centre to another so direct contact with the specific Centre is advised for their current opening hours/activities offered.

The Centres have been developed to promote the well-being and increase the social meeting opportunities for the aged 50 and over population living in Gwynedd and Anglesey communities. They provide activities of your choice, and provide an opportunity to sit down and have a cuppa and a chat in a local social setting.
