"Together" is a support group for caregivers which provides opportunities to talk with others who care, access support and advice throughout your caregiver journey. Frequent guest speakers.
All are welcome to join us in a warm welcoming space. Free coffee, tea and biscuits are offered. On Mondays, a hot meal is offered. Wi-fi, newspapers and board games are available.
