We are a friendly and welcoming group of seniors who enjoy getting together to practice the art of Hatha Yoga. The class has been devised to follow the studies of Hatha yoga and it's teachings of mind, breath and body; so we focus on diet, well-being and the movement of the body. We have styled our class to our clientele and use chair exercises in place of floor based postures in order to make our class more accessible and appealing to those 50+ who may have developed mobility issues.
