Dewis C.I.L 'Let's Talk' Mental Health Peer Support Groups (Gwent)

We run peer support groups for people in Gwent (Newport and Caerphilly) who experience mental ill health and for people who care for someone with a mental health condition. The groups take part in various activities and the overall aim is to reduce social isolation and encourage self advocacy.
