The scheme operates a housing related floating support service where staff works with clients with a history of criminal justice involvement. The scheme specialises in offering professional advice to help the clients understand their responsibility as a tenant and feel more confident in managing their home.
Support Arrangements
• All service users will receive an appropriate support package aimed at achieving positive outcomes.
• Key milestones and minimum standards are identified, resourced and monitored e.g. risk assessments, support plans, reviews and exit processes.

• Help to access long term solutions from temporary/unsuitable housing
