At Powys Bond Scheme, we support people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to secure a tenancy with a private landlord.
If someone is unable to afford a deposit for private rented accommodation we can help by offering a paper bond/guarantee instead, acting as an intermediary for tenants and landlords.
